Event Information
The USA Division is a THREE day Format, however Teams first assignments will be at 5 pm on Saturday.
The Open Division will be a THREE DAY Format
 Both divisions are awarding bids to BNJC

ACCEPTANCE: This is a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE tournament. Teams will be accepted once all requirements are completed and received by the KRVA office. Those requirements include Roster submitted, Official Entry Form and Entry Fee received, and Hotels Booked through Team Travel Source. Space is limited and there is no guarantee teams registered before the deadline will be accepted.

Tournament administration reserves the right to adjust maximum team numbers based on registrations and schedule considerations.

HOUSING: BANE is a “stay to play” events. In order to participate in the tournament, all teams are required to book their lodging through our housing partner, Team Travel Source (TTS). Any reservations booked through a third party provider (i.e. hotels.com, Expedia, Hotwire, etc.), booked directly with the property, or through any other method other than through Team Travel Source will NOT fulfill the lodging requirement and those teams WILL NOT be placed in the tournament*.  BOOK NOW Housing opens at 12PM EST on OCT 1st

Admission: This year's event will have an admission fee for parents/spectators. Children 6 and under are free. Teams will be issued a coaching credential wristband for each ADULT they have listed on their AES roster. Spectators will be able to purchase a colored wristband at the door each day, beginning at 7:00am, that will gain them admission to the playing venue.

Parking: The facility charges $5 per car per day. Coaches will NOT be charged parking

Team Check-in: There will NOT be a coaches meeting. However COACHES OR CLUB DIRECTORS MUST check in their teams (consists of signing the roster and picking up coaching credential pass(s)) at the playing venue. On site Team check in will be at Spooky Nook on Friday February 14, 2020. Times will be announced one week before the event.

Facility Rules: Ball Handling is NOT allowed outside of the exhibit halls in the facility. Coolers and outside food and drink are NOT ALLOWED in the venue. Only water and sports drinks may be brought inside the facilities. Violation of these policies or any other general misbehavior's may result in IMMEDIATE dismissal from the facility for the remainder of the day.

Trainers: There will be a trainer available to tape ankles and assist with minor injuries at each facility.

Non-negotiable Refund Policy: All teams wishing to withdraw from the tournament should email results@krva.org no later than 01/15/2020 and will receive a full refund. Teams that withdraw after 01/15/2020 will not receive a refund.

Minimal roster is needed for acceptance into event, which includes 6 players and one head coach. Minimal roster is due prior to acceptance. Adjustments can be made to that roster until the roster close date. Any changes after that will incur a $25 late fee and will be taken care of at tournament check-in. The printed roster will be provided at team check-in. You do not need to bring your own copy.
