Event Information

No refunds will be given after Oct 28th for  Tier 1 acceptance or  accepted teams or after a division has filled, whichever comes first.  If you have a credit from last year's event and qualify for a refund, the amount will be $705.  In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled, teams that were credited from last year will receive the option to forward amounts forward or to receive the $705 refund.  Teams that have paid after Oct. 1, will receive full refunds unless there are mitigating factors causing unrecoverable expenses.  We do not expect any of these to be a concern.

Please make sure to check on AES under my info that you can accept emails from AES and have not opted out.  Email communication is essential to getting information out to our teams.

This is a USAV sanctioned event and all players and coaches must have a valid USAV #. The head coach must be IMPACT/Safe Sport certified as well. Also, to be accepted into the event, each team must adhere to the Stay to Play Policy. Please check the notes to contact someone to help with hotel arrangements.

15, 16, 17 and 18 open will be AM starts. All other divisions will be determined after registrations closes. Team registration at the event will be from 3:00-9:00pm on 3/19. THERE WILL BE NO Friday REGISTRATION!

Division numbers in 2021 will be fluid.  Overall numbers will cause some divisions to grow and some divisions to drop in numbers at a moment's notice.  Please be aware of this upon entry.  Acceptance in the event will be based on overall numbers, not individual divisions.

Roster Requirements: Player jersey number, player name, player USAV number verified, coach name, coach USAV number verified, coach Impact/Safe Sport certification verified
Registration is not complete until check is received by CSC and hotel requirements are fulfilled. Entry fee can be paid online under your AES Club Login, My Events, My Team = Pay Online.  Select divisions are the only division that allows for waiver players, but will follow all other qualifier manual rules. Select division does not have a bid, but will still have a championship awarded. Please call 1-800-476-0060 ext 18 and ask for Chris or Kristine if you would like help with hotel arrangements. Hotel arrangements also can be found by going to www.advancedeventsystems.com (do not log on), and clicking on reserve rooms on the left hand side. After clicking on the appropriate event, reservations can be made by clicking on the hotel. We look forward to helping you.  Hotel requirements are only fulfilled after the minimum number of room nights are picked up within the block.
