The 2023 adidas Lone Star Classic National Qualifier will take place over 3 days. To be accepted teams must satisfy the following criteria:
Criteria to be considered for acceptance:
- Register on AES - Registration opens October 1st, 12:00am CST.
- Submit entry fee payment
- Fulfill the Stay to Play Policy
Teams have not secured a spot in this event until all registration requirements have been completed. Team's registration time stamp is based upon the payment received date of team entry fees.
LATE FEES
Late fees start at 12:01AM on the AES late registration date - 1/4/2023. Teams who register and/or pay after the registration deadline will incur an additional $100 fee.
STAY TO PLAY
This event is a stay to play tournament. Any team traveling further than 60 miles must secure a minimum number of 5 rooms through EM2 Housing. Rooms booked directly through hotels will not apply.

Reservations open on November 1, 2022 @ 8am CST. If you do not see enough rooms available for your team, or your preferred hotel is sold out, please contact EM2 Housing for assistance immediately. If you book rooms on your own with a hotel directly, or through an alternate housing website, your team will not qualify to participate in this stay to play tournament.

After a team is accepted in to this event they will be charged a $50 division change fee if they wish to switch to a different division (before or after the deadline). The fee may be waived if this move benefits the tournament, this decision will be made at the discretion of the tournament director.
REMINDERS:
Players and coaches do not have to purchase tickets.
Coaches’ entry passes will be sent directly to the email address and phone number associated with each coach on the submitted roster the week of the event.
By registering for a bid division at this event, you are agreeing to accept a bid if earned during the LSC tournament. If you do not plan to accept a bid if earned, email eventstaff@austinsportscenter.com prior to the event start date to decline a possible bid.
